New England except for Maine is $315 or 6% of the total order value.

East of Mississippi River is $425 or 8% of the total order value.

West of Mississippi River is $545 or 10% of the total order value.

Alaska, Hawaii, the Caribbean and island locations within the continental U.S. (Martha's Vineyard, for example) fall into the category of being unusual and extraordinary delivery circumstances, as you can imagine, and will incur additional charges.
